Age Requirements

Our facilities are open to guests 18 years and older. Ask about teen services.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to appointment time.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Cancellation Policy

Spa Serenity requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation/rescheduling of services. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation service fee. Without this notification, the full service fee will be billed.

Spa Service Charge

A 20% service charge will be added to all spa services.  Additional gratuity for excellent service is discretionary. 

Spa Service Request

A spa request form does not guarantee an appointment. It is suggested that requests be made at least 72 hours prior to desired date.
